OUR REFUND POLICY

     
 

 

It is Southern Waste Disposal's policy to issue a refund for any unused services.

If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for a pro-rated refund of any unused service. Normally that amount can be refunded back to the credit card account that was originally debited, but Southern Waste Disposal also reserves the write to issue refunds via company check.

If a customer requests a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not necessarily, generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills. But if there is a balance remaining for unused services, then that will be refunded, normally within 10 business days or sooner.
